When  first join Flippers, you will be required to pay a holding fee on top of the fee for your lesson. Should you decide that you no longer wish to swim at Flippers, your holding fee will be refunded on the understanding that all outstanding fees have been paid.

If, for any reason a student is unable to attend a swimming lesson, you have the option to either book a make-up lesson or pay a non attendance fee.

​

Each student will only be allowed to have two make-up classes owing at any given time. Any additional missed classes on top of the two make-up classes owing will incur a non attendance fee. Once you have completed your two make-up classes and paid any outstanding fees, your account will reset, which means you are able to do up to two make-up classes again.
