Welcome to Flippers! When you join, a holding fee will be required alongside your lesson fee. Should you choose to discontinue your swimming lessons, your holding fee will be refunded as long as all outstanding fees are settled. If you’re unable to attend a lesson, you can either schedule a make-up lesson or incur a non-attendance fee. Remember, each student is allowed a maximum of two make-up classes at a time; once these are completed and fees are paid, your account will reset, enabling you to book two more make-up classes.
